How do I know what type of case I have?

Our office handles a variety of cases including Personal Injury claims, Family, Criminal, Civil, and Employment. If you are not sure what type of case you have, please refer to our about tab in the menu bar which explains each type of law and provides examples. Feel free to give us a call if you have any further questions.
Are consultations with Attorney Fred Pearson free?

Our consultations are 100 percent free of charge. They are done in person or over the phone (for those outside of the Tallahassee area) by appointment only. Mr. Pearson will meet with you and discuss your options legally, and will advise you on what type of case you have. What do I need to bring to my consultation?

If you were involved in a vehicle accident, be sure to provide us with a copy of your crash report so that we may have the insurance information of all those involved in the incident. If you are being charged criminally, please provide us with a copy of your arrest report (if you do not have access to it, do not worry. We will attain a copy for you). Any paperwork you may find relevant to your case, please bring them in. Anthing helps!
